Requirements:
CDA or DMD degree Current RDA CPR certification Dental Assisting Certification (or willingness to obtain) Active Private Dental Office CEV CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Current BLS 1-3 years of Dental Assisting experience 1-3 years of Dental assisting experience CPR certification or CPR certification within the past 5 years (or willingness to obtain) CPR certification within the past 10 years (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment and supplies for sterilization.
Prepare instruments according to regulations and ensure adequate knowledge of sterilization techniques and procedures.
Ensure that dental operations are carried out in a timely manner that meets all health and safety standards.
Ensure that dental instruments are cleaned and stored properly.
