The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing industrial and mechanical projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date Manage project change requests and ensure that they are properly documented and approved Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned
Qualifications:

years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Strong understanding of industrial and mechanical construction projects Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Proficient in project management software and tools Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices Ability to travel to project sites as neededIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a passion for the construction industry, we want to hear from you!
